MoOnday Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath: Chakra Restore and Realign
Join us for a restorative yoga and sound therapy session tailored to ring in the New Year! Nicole has a special Chakra realignment sequence planned for this very special two-hour long session on New Year’s Day. More details to come!

Restorative yoga paired with sound healing work hand in hand to drop people into the deeper alpha, theta and delta brain wave states. Let the resonance of the crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, monochord and more take you on a subconscious healing journey that will leave you feeling refreshed.

Bring your own yoga mat, all other yoga props are provided. We suggest wearing loose, comfortable clothing and bringing extra layers if the weather is cool. These intimate events do sell out, so we ask guests to please RSVP here ahead of time. Please include in your email what event you would like to reserve a space for.
Yule Log Workshop with Crescent Ridge Farm
The Yule Log is an ancient tradition originating in Northern Europe as a folk celebration during the winter solstice and has been adapted as a Christmas tradition. Join us for an evening of crafting as you create-your-own holiday yule log. During the workshop, we will discuss the origins, significance and tradition of the yule log and offer ideas to start your own solstice tradition. You can use your yule log as a centerpiece and/or celebrate the winter solstice in a traditional way by burning on the solstice.
The materials include a pre-cut and drilled ~16” larch wood log; fresh holly, mistletoe and evergreen boughs; pine cones; cinnamon sticks; orange slices; ribbon; and three hand-dipped taper candles.
The cost of the yule log workshop and materials is $65
Crescent Ridge is asking attendees to register in advance, to ensure there are enough materials available for everyone in attendance. Attendees can purchase tickets here.
Missoula Sings: Silence + Song
This gathering will blend moments of silence, shared song, and authentic connection. Inspired by the Quaker practice of “bringing things into the light,” we’ll sit together in silence, sing meaningful songs, and share what is alive for us in a safe, welcoming space. Afterward, we’ll enjoy a potluck meal to deepen connection.
Schedule of the Day:
2:30–3:00 PM: Arrival & Land Connection
3:30 PM: Contemplative Silence (No late entry)
4:00–5:00 PM: Song Circle
5:00–5:30 PM: Sharing & Harvest
5:30–7:00 PM: Potluck & Connection
7:00 PM: Close
This will be a space for introspection, joy, and reconnection as we prepare for the quiet season ahead.
**Space is limited. Please RSVP by getting in touch with Barron (Architecture of Belonging) via the contact block on the Missoula SINGS webpage here.

Breathwork with Transcend Today
Join us for a deep dive into the breathwork world with local facilitator Leif Bjelland. Neurodynamic breathwork is a style of breathing meditation that anyone can practice, regardless of experience.
What to expect from live breathwork sessions:
Each session will begin with a brief intro and talk through some expectations and go over breathing instructions- this is a great time to ask some questions you have before starting! Please bring a yoga mat or camp pad, whatever will make you feel comfortable during the session, as well as seasonally appropriate layers, blanket and/or pillow. The yurt will provide standard yoga props and wool blankets, as well as a handful of yoga mats available on a first-come, first-serve basis. After everyone is settled in, Leif will gently guide the group into relaxation as the music starts, giving an example of the breathing pace to guide you, then letting the curated music playlist guide the flow from there. After 50-60 minutes you will be guided back out of the journey. You are then invited to engage after the session to let your facilitator and anyone else in the live session hear about your journey. This is a valuable form of integration and there is so much learning involved in hearing about others journeys. You’re also not required to share or stay after the session, but it is recommended that you do some form of integration after each session to get the most value and transformation out of your session.
With time, a regular breathwork practice can tune, balance and harmonize your mind, body and soul, while strengthening your access to your unique inner intelligence and intuition. Breathwork supports the nervous system by improving vagal tone and our ability to shift from a heightened state into a relaxed, present and meditative space.
There are two sessions happening in July 2024. Please visit the Transcend Today registration page to sign up for either or both!
