May Blue Moon Yin Yoga
Join Kate for a deeply nourishing, expansive and liberating Blue Moon Yin Yoga practice.
This is an opportunity to pause, reflect and realign under a rare full moon in Sagittarius energy. This luna phase encourages us to close a cycle, embrace adventure and practice truth-seeking. In the body, Sagittarius governs the hips and thighs, while energetically it calls on our adventurous spirit to seek the truth and hold a bigger vision for ourselves.
During our practice, we will enjoy well-supported longer holds that target the lower body, releasing physical tension while embracing a new, more liberated vision for our future.
Come as you are. Leave feeling open and ready to embrace what’s next.
Yin Yoga is one pathway to deepen the connection with the breath, mind, body and beyond, supporting practitioners in striking a balance with the busyness of daily life. This meditative, grounding practice will focus on long-held, floor-based postures that target deep connective tissues. Yin Yoga is designed to increase flexibility and joint strength, while soothing the nervous system, unwinding tension and building vitality.
All levels welcome ~ hope you can join us!

Ceci y Pronto Alivio
Pronto Alivio is a Missoula-based band formed in September 2025, weaving together soulful storytelling into an intimate, genre-bending sound. The group is fronted by Ceci Elizabeth (lead vocals, cello, guitar, keys), whose songwriting is inspired by the time she has lived in Colombia and reflects a wide emotional landscape: love songs to nature, stories of grief and heartbreak, and the quiet courage required to move through change with humility and hope. Ceci's sound features bilingual lyrics in Spanish and English and blends blues, folk, reggaetón acústico, and llanero-inspired grooves into an eclectic tapestry.
Pronto Alivio features the magic of Matthew Nord (drums, percussion, keys, backup vocals), Marko Cappoferri (bass, synth, backup vocals), and Callie Woodman (backup vocals, hand percussion), whose interplay brings warmth, groove, and dynamic energy to the band’s original music. The group has quickly made waves, including sharing the stage with Canta Brasil, and filling shows at Sacred Ally, the Longstaff House and Free Cycles, as well as recording a Tiny Desk Contest Video that now has over 50k views.

Lee Rizzo
Lee Rizzo is a word nerd, a poetess, to do lister, and metaphor fanboy. Attempting to meet love as it is revealed to her while spinning it into verse, melody and craft. She hopes to express what she observes, dreams and wonders in performance and community. Lee grew up in Missoula and has been raising two daughters with her main squeeze and wrestling companion. She means well and does her best and sometimes cool stuff comes by way of her efforts.

Summer Balance Yin Yoga
Summer Balance ~ Embodying Full Joy
As we move out of the fresh spring energy and into the bright fullness of summer, traditional Chinese medicine shifts focus to the element of fire, associated with the heart. Summer brings us a boost of energy and dynamic action. It is a season of expansion, motivation and pure joy. However, the hot, extreme temperatures of summer can lead to burnout and make us feel less patient, irritable or even dull.
Yin Yoga is a great way to bring balance the very Yang summer season, bestowing a positive influence onto your physical, emotional and energetic well-being. In traditional Chinese medicine, the heart is known as the Emperor of the body, that lovingly sets the rhythm in life. The emotion associated with this time of year is abundant joy. By practicing slower movements and embracing inner stillness, we stimulate the deep connective tissues and create a sense of cooling and soothing as the body slowly unwinds. Energetically, we will ignite the pure joy that lives in our inner spirit ~ in TCM this is called the Wellspring.
This practice invites you to slow down, rest and soften into the heat of summer.
All levels are welcome. Hope you can join us!

Spring Tonic Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is one pathway to deepen the connection with breath, mind body and beyond, supporting practitioners in striking a balance with the busyness of daily life. Through longer, supported holds, the practice of Yin invites you to slow down and turn your awareness more inward. This meditative, grounding practice will focus on long holds in floor-based postures, that target deep connective tissues and activate the liver and gallbladder meridians in the body. Yin yoga is designed to increase flexibility and joint strength, while simultaneously soothing the nervous system, unwinding tension and building vitality.
In Yin’s five-element theory, Spring is the time of the wood element, the liver and gallbladder, and the nourishing power of Nature. Springtime energy signifies possibility, renewal, greater creativity and action. When the wood element is balanced, we feel peaceful, confident and motivated. When these subtle energies become blocked or stagnant in our body or mind, we can feel “stuck” or disoriented, and experience tension, fatigue and frustration. This special Springtime practice will thus focus on these themes and body organs, in attempt to build a personal connection with what’s happening for us internally with the outside world.
